The short version

This website does not set cookies, does not run advertising, does not embed third-party trackers, and does not ask you to create an account. There is no form on this site that submits data to us. The contact form composes a message in your own email application; nothing is transmitted to or stored on this website.

What is collected automatically

Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser user agent. These are used to keep the site running, diagnose faults, and detect abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you, are not sold, and are not shared with advertisers.

Information you send us

If you email, telephone, or write to us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer it and maintain a record of the request — a review copy sent, a permission granted, an order placed. We use it for that purpose and no other. We do not add correspondents to a marketing list.

Third parties

Books published by Hartzer Press are sold by retailers, wholesalers, and platforms that have their own privacy practices. When you buy a book from one of them, or follow a link from this site to one of them, their policy governs, not ours. We do not receive customer data from those channels beyond aggregate sales reporting.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You may ask us what correspondence we hold from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable law; tell us which and we will honor them.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
